How an issue is made
Every three months the community picks a theme, gathers the work, discusses it in person and sees it become a page.
First, the theme.
It is chosen together with the community, so the call comes from the group and is not handed down from above.
Then the contributions.
Anyone who wants to take part sends their work through an online form, by a deadline.
Then we meet in person.
The contributions are presented and discussed together, bringing back the physical, social side of zine culture.
The issue comes out.
A small editorial team selects the contributions, sets their order and builds the page. The works stay with the people who made them, and contributors are asked to declare whether and how they used AI.
